Hello!  Such a cute bunch of new pups we have for you this week!  We hope you’re all staying safe and healthy out there!  Nationally, there has been a major increase in people buying and adopting pets…for obvious reasons!  We know our pets sure are bringing us some levity and comfort during this hard time!  We have not seen a slow in how quickly our puppies get deposits when they are posted yet. So if you see someone you like, we recommend placing the deposit right away.  All puppies’ info regarding price, age, estimated adult size, color, etc is on their personal page. 

If you have questions that are not answered on their personal page, PLEASE USE OUR ONLINE CHAT!  Once puppies are posted, Holly is not able to answer emails or Facebook messages regarding the pups for quite some time and hates to see people miss out on pups because they were waiting for a response.  We are also not able to take phone calls regarding the available puppies during this time.  We have staff members and hired agents standing by to help you out on our chat widget located at the bottom corner of our website.

Answers to the most FAQs on New Puppy Day:
-READ OUR COVID POLICY PAGE BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT!!!! Many of your questions can be answered on this page!!!
-Again, puppies size, age, color and price are on their personal pages!
-Our agents and staff CANNOT and will not even guess as to when you might be able to take the puppy home.  Once a deposit is placed, Holly will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know the earliest that puppy can go home.  Many of the new puppies are very young so it is weeks until they are actually even allowed to leave us.  We are also very booked up with appointments and are about 2-3 weeks out for pups that ARE ready to leave us now. NO PUPPIES ON OUR SITE CAN GO HOME IMMEDIATELY OR EVEN WITHIN A FEW DAYS!!!  Please be patient and understanding with Holly during the scheduling process.  The appointment you are offered is absolutely the earliest we have available for your puppy!
-Puppies go home with our Lifetime Warranty and their puppy shots completed as well as house training and feeding instructions.
-If we do not have the breed you were hoping for this week, we unfortunately DO NOT know when that breed will be coming.  Holly’s information on this is not what it usually is due to all the social distancing she is doing at the kennels.  Once everything has calmed down, including “demand,” we will be able to keep track of our future lists as usual.  Please bear with us on this matter right now, and continue to watch the weekly Newsletter so you know when the pup you want arrives!
-If you are trying to do a deposit but the puppy says “Out of Stock,” someone has already placed a deposit on that puppy.
-We have upgraded our servers several times since all this started, but if it is slow to load, or seems to not be working properly while you’re trying to place a deposit, please stick with it and keep trying!
-We CANNOT provide extra pictures and videos at this time.  All puppies will be posted in videos on our Facebook pages and due to social distancing at the kennels, that will have to suffice until the date of pick up.
-There can be no visitations before the date of pickup.  If you do not like your puppy at your appointment, you do not have to take him/her home and your deposit would be saved for a future puppy and future appointment.  Deposits are transferable ONCE.

That’s the majority of it, we think!  Any other questions, please feel free to reach out on the online chat.  We know a lot of these policies are not the ideal way to get a new puppy.  We understand that, but can’t change it and if it just isn’t for you, we completely understand and are happy to help you in the future when things are a bit more back to normal!  We can’t wait to connect you with one of our amazing pups, whether in the future or now!  Everyone stay well, and enjoy the new puppies below!
