First, Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms!  We hope you have a wonderful day full of love and appreciation!

Alright!  We’ve got a brand new bunch of pups for you this week, and they are all very eager to find forever families!  Our puppies go home with our unique Lifetime Warranty, not just 30 days to a year most other places will offer.  They also go home with their puppy shots completed and we’re only an email or chat away to help out with any questions once you take your puppy home!

So once again, we’ll go over the most FAQs about new puppy day.
-Of course, read over our COVID-19 Policy Page first!  This explains how we are operating and our limitations right now. Many of your questions will be answered there.
-If you see a puppy you like, we recommend placing a deposit right away on our website.  You would do this by going to the puppy’s personal page and clicking “Add to Cart.”  Then go from there.  The puppies are going very quickly!
-If the puppy you want says “Out of Stock” a deposit has already been placed and he or she is no longer available.
-All puppies’ info are on their personal page.  Price, size, color, birth date, etc.
-If you have questions about a puppy other than the info on their page, DO NOT EMAIL, USE OUR ONLINE CHAT.  Holly is so busy on Sundays emailing with people who are placing deposits, by the time she gets around to answering questions about available puppies, often times they are already sold.  We just don’t want people to miss out because they were waiting for an email reply.
-Chat agents cannot schedule pick up appointments.  If you have placed a deposit, please be patient, Holly will be emailing you as soon as she can to set up an appointment.  Please do not try to chat and get an appointment before placing the deposit.  It is impossible for us to do this and we’ve seen many people miss out on a puppy waiting to get an answer about scheduling that we can’t give.
-For scheduling, we are 3-4 weeks out for appointments.  If that is not to your liking, do not place the deposit.  We are not able to negotiate our pickup dates.

Please Note:
Currently the pricing on puppies is being set by a fluctuating market that we have no control over. The variations range from modest to extreme and because of that it’s become impossible to give quotes on puppies that aren’t available right now. Industry experts are telling us this is because rescues and shelters aren’t able to import puppies from other countries as rescues as they usually do.  This has lead to a nation wide puppy shortage. Currently the price swings could be anywhere from 1600 to 2500 (excluding frenchies) but that is subject to change, either direction.  We are currently not accepting future deposits as we are not able to guess what we may have to charge in next few months.  This is NOT us gouging and just wanting more money.  This is us having to go along with the “market” to stay in business.  We are still cheaper than most places but we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.  Prices are firm and the price on the puppies personal pages will not fluctuate even though they can’t go home right away.  That is their final price no matter what prices are when you pick him or her up, so no worries that it will rise further.

Thank you all so much for checking out the new puppies!  We’re really excited to send them home with you.  Possibly more excited for life to just get back to normal so we can visit with you all like normal in the store.  During this lockdown though, Saturday through Monday is very exciting for us, seeing families united with their new puppies!
