Puppies For Sale April 5, 2020

 

Hello everyone!  It’s that time of the week again!  We’ve got an adorable group of puppies to share with you this week, but first we want to update you on a few things.

 

We are still accepting deposits online for available puppies and scheduling pickup appointments for them.  Appointments have filled up incredibly fast and at the time of writing this Newsletter, we are looking at the last weekend of April or the first week of May.  We imagine those will fill up quickly too, so if you see a puppy you like, we recommend placing the deposit to get an appointment saved for you!  We will be scheduling pickups through May on the off chance that this closure would last much longer than we all hope.  If you have a deposit and we are able to open before that appointment, we will call you to get you in sooner than that!

 

For our regular dog food purchasers…we can set up curbside pickup for you!  Just shoot us an email or chat, and we can set up a time for someone to meet you at the store so your pup has the food he or she needs!

 

We understand that most of the procedures and policies we have had to put in place are not ideal for picking out your new family member.  HOWEVER, those policies are in effect for the safety and health of staff, breeders and our customers.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF OUR COVID-19 POLICIES.  Click here to read these policies.   Please read them thoroughly as we have added several updates throughout the last couple of weeks.  So that being said, we are overwhelmed with the amount of chats and emails we are getting.  Many are asking for exceptions in our temporary policies like being set up with a private visitation appointment to choose between two puppies, or meeting on a special day for pick up instead of the days we have set aside for this purpose, etc.  The answer to all of those exception requests is NO.  If you are uncomfortable with these procedures, we get it, and recommend waiting until we are able to open for normal hours again.  We are sorry.  We wish it were different, but we are dealing with this virus and it’s disturbances tenfold with this many puppies to manage and in trying to keep a routine and consistent care of our pups, so we have to stick to our policies.

 

In addition, the answers to nearly every question we are being asked is on our website.  Please read over our COVID-19 page, our About Us page, Our Guarantee page, etc and contact us if you still have additional questions that have not been answered on the website.  We absolutely do not mind hearing from you guys.  Anyone who has worked with us in the past knows this.  But we have such a high volume of communications right now that we are having to choose them by matter of urgency and have no choice but to overlook some.  So we are trying to avoid that by asking that you read our entire website as thoroughly as you can before asking “What available puppies do you have?” (The answer to that is on our AVAILABLE PUPPIES page) or “What are your hours” (We do not currently have operating hours) or “Do you have any {insert breed here}” (Our available puppies page will tell you if we do or don’t have that breed and if we do not have the breed you’re looking for, keep an eye on the site for when they do arrive).  We do not want to miss anyone’s email or chats.  But we do have to prioritize our communications for people with deposits, people interested in specific puppies or people asking specific questions that the website does not answer.  If you ask us a vague question in email or chat that are answered on our website, we cannot guarantee that you’ll get an immediate response at this time.

 

We hope you all are staying healthy, safe and happy out there!  We cannot wait for a time that we can visit with you and our pups in the store again and laugh about that time we were all quarantined.  If you see someone you are interested in below, don’t hesitate to contact us.  If we are not able to respond immediately, we will get to you, just bear with us!  Thank you all for your patience and understanding, as always!
