Puppies For Sale April 19, 2020

Hi everyone!  We’ve got another big bunch of pups for you this week!  We’ll be coming out of the big puppy surge for a bit now.  We’ll still have pups every week, but maybe not so many.  The amount of people wanting puppies has been incredibly overwhelming, and we’re so happy that all of our puppies are still finding forever homes!  Please read over our COVID-19 Policy Page where you can get details on how we’re operating right now.  As we’ve said the last couple of weeks, we are doing our best to deal with all our “new puppy stuff” AND get to emails and messages.  Sizes, prices, colors, etc. are all on each individual puppy page.  The puppies are going so quickly, we “Sold Out” for the first time ever last Wednesday.  That was the strangest thing ever for us, but we suppose we are living in very strange times! 

IF YOU SEE A PUPPY YOU KNOW YOU WANT, check out their info on their individual page and if that is to your liking, we recommend placing the deposit as soon as possible.  We are having people miss out on puppies because they emailed asking “What size will she be?” or “When was he born?” and we were not able to respond in time.  That kind of information is on the puppy’s page.  Deposits are first come, first serve and we are answering emails in a prioritized manor.  Some are shocked with the pick up date being several weeks in the future, or not being able to get weekly videos and updated pictures, or even that they can’t meet the puppy before their appointment, so please, again, read over our COVID-19 Policy Page before placing your deposit so you are aware of our limitations right now.

We are also having a lot of customers chatting or emailing prior to placing a deposit in regards to pickup appointments.  Please do not miss out on your perfect puppy because you were waiting to find out the date for pickup that we wouldn’t have been able to promise you anyway.  We will not schedule appointments or promise time slots before a deposit is placed, and by the time we are able to respond to you on that matter, the puppy may already be sold.  Again, this is not a perfect process, but we are managing the best we can in the most efficient way we can.  Mike and Holly are working 16 hour days, 7 days a week to answer all your questions and have hired extra agents to help you in chats online.  We were not expecting this surge in people wanting puppies but are managing it the best way we can while still keeping our staff, breeders and customers happy and healthy.

Once you place a deposit, that puppy is being held for you, no question.  Holly will be in touch as soon as she can to set up a pickup appointment.  WE ARE LOOKING AT 3-4 WEEKS OUT FOR PICKUP APPOINTMENTS.  If that doesn’t suit, you, we completely understand but we are not able to change that.  We have a limited amount of appointments each week and are doing the best we can.  Most of you have been very understanding with this and we appreciate that.

Thanks for your understanding on these temporary policies and procedures and we look forward to uniting you with your perfect puppy!  If you see someone you’re interested in, feel free to place a deposit to have him or her held for you, or reach out on our online chat for any questions.  We DEFINITELY recommend using our online chat rather than email on Sunday and Monday as Holly is busy scheduling and going over deposit information with people as the deposits come in.  Last week she was not able to respond to anyone about actual available puppies on new puppy day and hates to see people miss out because of this. Your best bet on these days is the chat! Enjoy the new puppies below!
